Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (FDCM), established in 1974, is a Company fully owned by the Government of Maharashtra. FDCM has nearly five decades of experience in raising teak plantations and marketing forest produce like timber, firewood and bamboo.
FDCM harvests about 50,000 cubic meters of timber from its mature teak plantations and sustainably managed forests.To make quality timber available to end consumers, the company has recently ventured into the production and marketing of sawn timber.
